ROOTSTORY

Rootstory is a storytelling residency created and hosted by Karma Mayet, and facilitated by Brooklyn performance & civic space JACK. Seniors will gather online to share, celebrate and document their truths and life experiences. Through this residency, seniors will be able to: express and amplify their ideas, stories, and oral histories; explore threads of connection with their peers’ experiences; practice deep listening; practice creative and collaborative reflections on our past, present, and future.
