Note that we can provide availability up to 3 months in advance. All availability must be confirmed with the venue through a request or inquiry. For rental availability outside this window, please contact us or submit an inquiry. We will answer requests and inquiries within 2 business days.
RATES
Performances and EventS
Events include but are not limited to parties, film screenings, panel conversations, book/album releases and more! Rate includes 4 hours use of the venue with our technical inventory and rep plot.
$500 per public performance/event
REHEARSALS
$10/hour* with a 2 hour minimum
*These rehearsal rates are made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature. To qualify for this rate, these rehearsals must be for artistic projects. Please get in touch with us with any questions.
Meetings
$45/hour
Classes/WorkshopS
$85/hour
FILM Shoot
$85/hour
$4,125/weekly lockout
$3,150/weekly lockout with 40 hours of rehearsal*
Rate includes 7 days use of the venue with our technical inventory and rep plot.
LOCK-OUT PRODUCTION
Additional Fees:
Production Support Personnel: Dedicated technical support can be hired at $45/hr (with a 4 hour minimum).
If you need our support running your sound, lights, and/or video this fee will apply. Your rental will include a basic venue orientation for no charge.
Risers: $480 flat fee for use of our wooden riser system. This fee covers labor calls for assembly and disassembly.
Restore Fee: $160 If our space is not restored to its original state by the end of your rental period, we charge this fee to cover restore labor.
