KOJO RONEY RESIDENCY

April 9-11, 2015​

For three nights, JACK gives the space over to 10-year old phenom jazz drummer, Kojo Roney, who will perform with his father, saxophonist Antoine Roney, bassist William Parker, multi-instrumentalist Cooper-Moore and trumpeter Nate Wooley. Roney is electrifying the jazz world, and we see this as an opportunity to offer him a home to develop his skills with top musicians of our time.

Set 2: Quartet: Kojo Roney (drums), Antoine Roney (saxophone), William Parker (bass), Cooper-Moore (invented instruments)

Saturday, April 11 at 8 pm:
Set 1: Nate Wooley Solo
Set 2: Kojo Roney (drums), Antoine Roney (saxophone), William Parker (bass), Cooper-Moore (invented instruments), Nate Wooley (trumpet)
